I was kindly sent a few bunches by the British Asparagus group this week, so I chose to make this dish, mainly since I had feta in the refrigerator and believed it would be an excellent idea. Ends up, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you don't always require to purchase it particularly for this dish if you do not think you'll utilize it in anything else (because only a really small amount is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the fridge, then I highly advise it as I believe it works exceptionally with the feta.
